Ball Valves

Instrument Ball Valve??design to control the flow of a medium. The ball inside??acts as a port to allow the flow depending on the position of the handle. They are manufactured and tested for high pressure applications upto 6000 psi and are available in different material and end connections as per customer requirements. Standard configuration are SS316, SS304 material and end connection of male / female NPT, BSP, OD ferrule compression and ISO threads etc. There are different design of ball valve such as:

Different Configuration

Standard Low pressure ball valve
Standard low pressure mounted ball valve
Medium pressure ball valve
High pressure ball valve (FB & RB)

Important Features of Ball Valves

Design configuration of 2 way, 3 way ( side / bottom entry) and 4 way valves are available.
Features such as panel mounting, locking devices and venting are available as required.
Material can be SS316, SS304, Monel, Hastelloy and others. Complete Material traceability to its Material test report is available.

Why Ball Valves?

Ball valves use a metal ball with a hole bored through the center, sandwiched between two seats to control flow. Used in many hydrocarbon process applications, ball valves are capable of throttling gases and vapors and are especially useful for low-flow situations.
